If you have an stomic ulcer, you will have pain in that area which is very painful in spasms, oily food and strong spiced food will make it worse, you should go to see your doctor asap if it gets that bad it could burst an then you will end up in hospital having an operation and will loose part of your stomic not good.
An ulcer causes a weakness in the side of stomic wall if left un treated will cause a hole an the pain is unbearable, if you pass dark blood in your stalls go to A&E.
Go to your GP and get him to examine you.

You have reflux of acid constantly and need packets of rennies a day to control this.
I had pain in my stomach along with occasional nausea. Reflux is more of a burning pain in your upper chest area. Make an appt with your Doctor for a definite diagnosis.
the only way to know for sure is to have an endoscopy procedure -see your doctor for treatment.
