Preventing Ringworm?!

Question: A guest at our NYE party had very bad ringworm. I would like to disinfect my home now, but don't know what cleaning products will be effective. I have one leather couch that can be wiped down easily, a few suede couches and I've already cleaned the toilets, faucets, anything easily disinfected that she might've touched.

Any ideas on how to clean the couches that can't be cleaned with bleach (and what products to use)? I'm pretty grossed out.

We have found that the active ingredient in Lysol is the best for mould, fungus etc when dealing with Leather and we have tested dozens of products over the years. Use the spray and apply carefully- not too close and dont soak it.
Good luck

Just wash everything and keep it cleaned. You shouldn't have a problem. Ringworm is only possible to get if you don't keep clean.

But to clean the couches, I'd just get some soapy water and a brush. Then disinfect it all with Lysol.

I would brush and vacuum the couches and areas you can't clean with bleach. Also vacuum any place else you are worried about. Ringworm is a fungus and you need to clean up the spores.
