Question: I've got this horrible migraine nothing to do with last night and i can actually feel each pump of blood throb through my head.
Whats wrong have i got a tumor? a blood clot? anyone had anthing similar?

yes ive had a few migraines before, so bad ive been physically sick with them. Go to bed with the room completely dark and try and sleep (hard though it is). Tomorrow you should have just a headache and should be gone by tmrw night..if not see a doc..good luck mate.
if you still have it tomorrow please go to a doctor....just lost a dear friend to what was only a migraine
please dont worry its probably nothing, see how you are in the morning and if its still the same make an appointment with your doc, just to make sure.
Just a migraine probably, go to your doctor tomorrow if it's no better, or if they happen frequently. Take some Nurofen and lots of water, and go to bed.

Migraines can be horrible, if it's still there tomorrow go and see your doctor
if you are certain you are not allergic to paracetamol and ibuprofen take two of each, this will not react as one is an anti inflammatory and the other is paracetamol. lie down in a dark room with your feet and lower legs raised over a couple of pillows, put a cool wet flannel on your for head and just relax as much as you can. codidromol is a stronger paracetamol and is more effective i have found. obviously check the things i have done with a pharmacist before you take and prescribed drugs. x x x x x x x
