I have a big red rash around my testicles.Is it that serious?!

Question: i cant stop scratching because it itches so bad.its bright red.my friend tells me i got it from a girl called "crabby annie" but i wore a condom so i dont think its a STD.It kinda smells a bit aswell.I just hope its not HIV!

Regardless of what is causing this, you need a doctor and soon! You can really endanger yourself with all that scratching going on! If your doctor calls it cellulitis, remember about MRSA.
