Is it Ok to exercise in the morning before you go to have fasting blood work don!

No don't. You are fasting which means you are to have nothing to eat or drink. With you being a diabetic you will burn energy that you do not have and your blood sugar could drop very low. Just don't exercise tomorrow at all the be on the safe side

No. 'cause even if you don't have anything in your system, it could cause your sugar to drop exceedingly. especially if you are a type I diabetic. I know. I speak from experience.

NO dont do it. wait until after your lab work is done to work out. If you work out it will lower your blood sugar, change your electrolyte levels, change your BUN and creatine, and lower your cholesterol levels just to name a few. And your doctor needs to have a crystal clear picture of what your blood is the majority of the time.
