Don't stress, I have some info that might help you out. :)

There was also a study in 2005 by the university of Utah about how milk affect high schoolers. Here's a quote from another article about it, "Researchers found that people who consume two glasses of milk per day are 22 percent more likely to get severe acne during high school than non-dairy consumers. "
So perhaps try a non milk diet for awhile; but don't ditch calcium. :)

Washing your face two times a day is a great idea! The most effective main ingredients in acne medications are:

Benzoyl peroxide
Salicylic acid
Sulfur and resorcinol
Alcohol and acetone- These may sting/burn

You may want to meet up with your doctor or dermatologist about treatment options for your acne.

Try avoiding oily make up. Look for products labeled "oil-free" or "noncomedogenic," which means it won't clog pores. Washing your hair is a good idea; try taking a shower every day or so and if your hair is oily, its a good idea to keep it out of your face.

Eating a diet full of Vitamin A and E is awesome. Avoid foods with too much fat or sugar. Green leafy vegetables full of vitamin K are awesome for your whole body health.

Clean & Clear, Neutrogena, and Proactive are good for mild acne. If you are worried about the look of your face because of acne, contact a doctor or a dermatologist- you won't be sorry. :)

To reduce the redness and pain of some acne, try ice or an ice pack on the blemishes for about 2 minutes every 30 minutes.
You can put a wet tea bag on your face for about 5 minutes because the herbs are good for your skin.
Lemon juice on a cotton swab can help clear pores and help with reducing acne.
Mash up tylenol and add a bit of water for a white paste that you put on your blemishes.
A dab of toothpaste on zits can diminish and dry up zits overnight.

I hope this helped! Be confident and remember you are not alone. Almost all teens get acne :)

prom is three freaking months ago, try not doing anything for a while see what happens.

my daughter used to have really bad acne. we went to dermatologist, facials, etc. tried it all then tried proactiv.
it really does work.

use Clearasil Ultra, you'll see results in 3 to 4 days and it's cheap

If you are just having typical white head pimples you should consider using ProActiv. If you are getting deep cyst like pimples you should consider a visit to the dermatologist. Make sure you aren't over drying your face. If you do not have enough oil in your skin your skin overcompensates and produces a lot of sebum which can cause more acne. Good luck! And if it's not gone by prom get your makeup done professionally, and take this from someone who has been there-in a few years you won't care what you looked like at prom =)

Lol, yup the prom. us girls always want to look hot at the prom,

What i will do is just buy skin cream, just any, before the prom comes.

=) Good Luck
