What is the difference between a cold and the flu?!

They are both caused by viruses but difference viruses. Usually the common cold is caused by the Rhinovirus while the flu is from influenza viruses. A cold is usually in your nose and chest, while with the flu your whole body is ill. You may vomit, have diarrhea and be plagued with aches and pains. Regardless of whether you have the flu or a cold make sure you keep hydrated and give your body some time to rest.
