My dad has a lump on his wrist?!

Question: My dad has some sort of lump on his wrist right where the ulnar (I believe thats the bone) sticks out in skinny people. It looks like a growth, it's not discolored, it didn't grow. However I read that it could be an indication of something else a while ago? I could be wrong? I don't know? He's 43, and in very good shape.

Please do not reply if you are stupid and have no idea what you're talking about. Thanks.

Its very hard to diagnose just by description.but the area you are describing is a tendons area,it could something called a ganglion which is a benign condition.the easiest and simplest way is doing an ultra sound you will know the answer in few minutes..

It could possibly be a calcium deposit.

I agree, an ultrasound would be the easiest way to find out. It could be a number of things, but I would get it checked out so that no one keeps worrying about it.
