Has anyone taken Aloe Vera drinks? What affects have they had if any?!
Question: I've been taking the (Forever Living Aloe Vera) on & off now fot the past 5 yrs.. these are the sign's ive noticed..
1..gives me a good flush out in the bowel department.
2..stops me having catarrh and also gets rid of it.
3.. my skin feels softer & clear
ive found i most benifit form aloe vera during the winter months...

I don't drink it myself, but Aloe Vera juice is supposed to be very good for your digestive system, and great for eliminating toxins.
Aloe Vera is very beneficial to humans in any form, it is healing plant.
I started drinking aloe vera water about a month ago to help with symptoms for gastroparesis. This helped me more than what the doc was giving me, in fact I stopped the prescription meds due to the side effects and started the aloe. No side affects and I am the type that if there is a side effect, I will be the one to get it. At my health food store they said this aloe water is so gentle, a baby can drink it. Tastes just like water, No kidding. The type I use is called George's, it is 100% aloe Vera. I do not sell it just if anyone thinks I do, just ask around at your nearest health food store.
