Why does my son have these spots?!
Question: my two year old has pimples on his arms and thighs, althought they do not bother him he has had them from about 4 months old. does any one have the same or know what these are? they are not painful but some times become red and inflamed?

Are they round and scaly? If so, my daughter had them and the doc told me it was "discoid eczema" - it went away by itself when she was around 2 or 3 years old.
you might want to go see a doctor about those
Take him to the doctor, but it could just be his skin type. I have something exactly like that. All I do now is moisturise A LOT, and exfoliate about 3 times a week.
These could be lots of things that are harmless, even heat rash?
Best get them checked out by your doctor to put your mind at rest?

But If They Are Just Recent It May Just Be Flea Bites
Try Rubbing Some Rash Cream On Them And Keeping Him Away From Animals

Well if they are small then it might just be dry skin. That's what I have on my arms. but they aren't red. You should go see a dermatologist.
If he's not in any pain, then count your blessings and take him to his pediatrician as soon you as you can. It sounds like he might be have an allergy to something he has been exposed to since he was four months olds. Either formula or something else!
