Question: I know what it is and how I got it. I need to know how long does an attack last? I'm om Cipiro and flagyl and they are making me soooo sick... I need to know which foods I should avoid and which ones are good for me to eat, so this never happens again.... Somone please help!

Here are some ideas to help the healing process. Doing #13 consistantly will greatly benefit the health long term.

Quick Action Plan for Diverticulosis and Diverticulitis

1. highly recommend you see an alternative health care practitioner to support you in healing.

2. The SAD diet is a major contributing factor in Diverticulosis and Diverticulitis. A change in diet is essential in order to heal. More on diet below
