Why is the shingles vaccine so costly?!

Because they actually do not sell that many of these vaccines so they need to charge a lot, especially in developed countries.

It is an expensive vaccine - and brand new.

And just to remind you that the clinic has to purchase the vaccine as well - through my vaccine supplier, our cost is $180 for it. And we can't give it for less than we paid.
