Question: ok I am about 2 weeks late with my period and it just came with a vengeance!!! Sorry for the TMI. But I am at work and I have NOTHING here and No money to get anything...It is all at home witch is about 12 miles away.
I am extremely uncomfortable, as I have TP stuffed in my underwear...witch I have to keep going to the bathroom to fix. My boss knows what is going on and will not let me go home how can I get out of here should I just finish up what she wanted me to do and say ok I'm leaving now?

Either borrow some money, even if it's some change to get a couple of pads/tampons from the public restrooms in your area...hotels or hospitals or schools usually have them or like someone else suggested, ask another woman if they have any extras. If you can't get any from anyone, don't ask your boss if you can go home, tell him that you ARE going home as you see this as an emergency and highly embarrassing.
Is there any other females where you work? Maybe you can ask them if they have anything you could use. And your boss is a jerk lol i hope she gets her period and cant leave to get anything just to see what it feels like!
You should tell her the truth Hun..its terrible that she wont let you go and get yourself sorted... always keep a spare in your bag my mum always told me !
Is there another female coworker around that may have something?If not just explain to your boss and see if you can go home get changed or whatever.If the boss wont let you then your boss is a bad bad word LOL

If there are other co-workers, ask if you are able to borrow some $$ until tomorrow/next week etc. to get what you need to get by if you cannot leave. Always keep an extra in your desk.
Finish up what you can otherwise and advise that it is more distracting you being there than if you were just to leave for the day or even come back after you have addressed the situation.
Yes. Tell her you will return. I think I would even ask her for a few dollars and run to the store real quick and return. I would do it for my employees.
Honey, WALK OUT. It is illegal for a company to do that to you. If there is an emergency, no matter how big or small, you have the right to walk out of there! If they cannot understand the situation (especially bc you'll return in about 30 minutes) then you need to find a new job!! Do NOT (and I'll say it twice) DO NOT allow for any boss or coworker to ever put you in a situation like this again! This is not only embarassing, it's a matter of health... if you bleed anywhere at work that is an OSHA violation (bloodborne pathogens)! Tell her that if she has a problem with you leaving!
