My ears ring when i go poo? anyone know why?!

Question: It is possible that they actually ring at other times, but you notice it more when you are quiet and still ,especially in a (usually) quiet spot like the bathroom . Once you notice something, you are usually even more aware of it !
Mine ring constantly and have since I was a child (i'm now 56 :-). There are times when the ringing is louder that at other times, and sometimes they even change tones or pitch! I doubt you are really doing anything to make it happen.
There are several causes such as medication you are currently taking, and damage from either meds or viruses.

You really should have your ears checked to make sure there is no underlying cause.

You may just have to learn to live with it."It" is called tinnitus. It isn't in itself harmful, and when you get a check up to eliminate the possibility of an underlying cause, you can relax and it may not bother you as much.

you're pooping out the wrong hole

Not to be funny, but you are pushing too hard. It's the increased blood flow when you hold your breath and push.

Are you sure its not the phone, or the door bell ?

yeah go slow cause you may be pushing to hard and causing stress on the head. think off a sneeze if you held your nose and closed your mouth. your head would feel like its going to pop and them your ears close.

try to wait a little longer so that the ahem "poo" comes out easier with less stress on the old cabeza

Could be low blood pressure. Do you also get dizzy sometimes when you stand up too quickly?
