Question: Are they ACTUALLY worms?
Because I just read that its just a fungal infection and theres no worms, they just call it that.
I found out at the docs today that I have something like ringworm on my leg. Bwahhh.

Its not an actual worm lol. Its only because of the shape of the infection. Treat it like the doctor told you to and it will be gone in no time. Don't pick at it.
I was so frightened of Ring worms as a kid. Lol. I thought they were really worms. Ringworm gets its name because of the ring that can appear, but it has nothing to do with an actual worm under your skin. (Thank heavens haha)
Sorry to hear about the ring worm thing on your leg. :( Must be gross. But with antifungal medication to put on your skin, it should go away before the four week mark. :)
