How can I treat pimples that are under the skin?!
Question: If they have yet to come to the surface just put a topical acne gel on them and hopefully that will keep them from coming to the surface. If they are very deep, red, and painful you may need to see a dermatologist. These are called cystic acne and will need special attention. Good luck =)

those r called ingrown hairs and i'm pretty sure u do the same thing u would do to regular pimples.
