Allergy scars: cocoa butter?!

Question: so i heard this helps get rid of scars, but can anyone name a specific store in toronto to get one? i went everywhere and it was all like 10% cocoa butter.. which i dont think will work

well vitamin E helps get rid of scars but the most effective i have tried is lavender essencial oil, but if you do use that you will have to delute it with somekind of other oil like olive or sunflower oil.
