Getting a fever blister..any ideas?!
Question: ok i'm getting a fever blister but it's still small and want to get rid of it before it gets any bigger. i have this stuff called Fusiden which is an S4. if i put it on will it help to make it go away? any other ideas? thanks

If its small you can put ice on it. That will kill the virus. Don't put the ice directly on your skin. Also, if you get these quite often you can get a prescription of Valtrex for oral cold sores. Also be careful because the virus can be transferred to genitals. You can also eat the Lysine but they are really big and nasty tasting.
herpecin is pretty good and is sold over the counter. or try abreva.
never used fusiden so don't know about that.
