Sex is caused by anxiety, if you're having a bad sex life that can contribute, but it's mainly hormones so you really have no control. Last time i recall from medical books, sex reduces anxiety and serotonin levels in the brain, leading to less acne? So i would say nah.

maybe when you two do it, he sweats a lot, and the sweat clogs his pores? Maybe ask if he can take a shower after sex to wash off the sweat instead of falling asleep
NO. Sex has nothing to do with acne. Acne is a buildup of oils on the skin. However, if you are sweating a lot during sex and not showering afterwards, that may account for the breakouts.
Alot of acne is caused by hormone fluctuations so maybe thats why. Or maybe its all the sweeting?
