Question: its got a point to it but not a head like a pimple. it is tender to the touch. ive tried applying a warm towel to it. its pretty big. about an inch. it is circular. ive had it for 2 days. there is no other color to any of it except reddness. thanks

My bf had something like this! It was on his upper thigh and exactly as you described. You need to go see the dr right away. He had to have it removed and biopsied. Turned out to be benign and not dangerous, but you never know when it comes to lumps.
