Skin colorr ..?!

Question: Ok ,my dad is east indian and my mom is a newfie ( Canada , newofundland)

My face sometimes gets paler and lighter and im not sick ,but other times im golden faced. i am usually tannished.

Why do i get these changes ? im only 12 goingg on 13

Sun tan, tiredness and general health (you don't need to be sick, but if your body is not getting rid of toxins properly it can effect you colour slightly).
Drink more water and stay out of the sun to maintain a constant colour.
