I think my brother had that, he was very little, i think mabey 3 or 4, it was scay for me b/c i was 8, he was perfectly fine though, all he had to do was stay in the hospitol over night and put some cream on his chin (where he was infected) for a while.

Impetigo is a skin infection caused by normal skin bacteria like Staphylococci and Streptococci, which normally live on the skin's surface. It is usually caused by a break in the skin barrier allowing these normally harmless bacteria to go into the deeper layers of the skin and produce infection. It usually appears either moist or crusted over with a honey colored sort of fluid. It's very easily treatable with antibiotics.
