medically speaking, your hip is your pelvis.
your hand is your "carpal" region.

ileum/ischium are parts of your pelvis.
I think it's called Joint, acetabula
I took about 5 years of Occupational therapy in school, but never heard of a medical term for the hand or hip. I looked online at several sites to see if I could locate it for you including anatomy but had no luck. There are several med terms for the area of the hand----carpa and for hip----------ischium and iliuem . That's the best I could do, hope it helped.
