The law states that you have to tell your partner you infected. But you would have to prove he was the one who gave it to you..From now on, be careful who you sleep with and ware a condom...A few moments of pleasure isn't worth your life..

I think in some places if you knowningly pass on an STD without telling a partner you could charge them but I am not sure.

there are two tests that they take when testing for HIV, one right away, and you are right, another one 6 monthes later.

Have him arrested for what ? Are you serious... you can't have him arrested for not telling you he has aids, that means I can have my ex-boyfried arrested for not telling me he was cheating... You can get tested and if its positive you can have someone beat his *** for not telling you, but then you might get arrested. Looks like its a loose loose situitation

In the UK you can definitely be prosecuted for knowingly having UNPROTECTED sex with your partner if you are HIV positive and they don't know that. It counts as murder essentially. I think you would have to have a test done firstly (clearly) and then check the law in your area. If you had sex with a condom, or he didn't know about it when you were having sex, then I doubt you could prosecute, but if you have contracted it/he was having sex knowingly without a condom, you could definitely try.

Defiantly go get tested ASAP.. N yes if he did know that he had it when the two of you were together he can be arrested for.... (thinking) attempt of murder i think

no reason to arrest him

No you can not have him arrested. You had sex with him. He didn't force you to have sex. He just didn't tell you that he had aids. I would go get checked fast so you can get some medicine in your system.

You would have check the law in your state and please ware a condom each and everytime because aids is not curable and its not worth the risk! GOOD LUCK
