Norovirus UK?!?!

Question: http://news.uk.msn.com/Article.aspx?cp-d...
I'm massively scared of both germs and sick, so I'm really scared!
How can I prevent from getting it at school?
What do I have to espesially careful about touching?
I also carry aorund anti bacterial hand gel, and wet wipes so will using those help?
Also I'm meant to be going to the doctors (something unrelated) Should I put it off untill after the virus has gone a bit?
Or if I do go the doctors, what should I do then to make myself safe? Should I wash all my clothes after?
Please help because I'm really scared!
One more thing, does anyone know if the worst has already been in London, or not yet?

Remember that the Norovirus infection is usually not life threatening and clears up in 2-3 days. Touching your hand to your mouth after your hand has touched a contaminated surface or thing can give you the virus, so keep your hands away from your face and mouth.

Bringing hand gel and wipes with you is a great idea! Your main goal is to keep your hands clean and away from your mouth so you don't get the virus. The virus spreads quickly in crowded places, so if your hospital is very crowded you might want to put that doctor's appointment off for awhile.

I hope this helped and good luck!
