Well these feelings are normal, however they are not healthy.
When you don't eat anything, you don't feel hungry because your stomach (organism) is not working therefore not requiring any food.
When you do eat, your organism breaks it down and your body starts to work and therefore needs energy from more food to be able to keep on breaking materials and to provide energy for you.

The problem is, that although you don't feel tired when you don't eat at all, if you do some acticity such as running, since your body has no energy at all, you migth just drop down (unhealthy). there are many other problems that are caused.

When you do it, your body organs and evrything else is working just fine, and needs more gas (food) to keep going.

Just think of a car, maybe it will turn on, but it won't move.

It has something to do with your blood sugar levels. I bet you notice it even more when you eat heavy carbs. (I do)

the first part is normal but additional one make me say you must see a doc
