Unfortunately, yes. Fortunately, I discovered "Releev" and now carry a bottle in my purse at all times.
Yes I have and I take L-lysine for it. L-lysine is a type of vitamin. My cold sore is gone by the third day. I only take one every time I get one.

I used to get them a lot. Washes sometimes help; honestly, I don't know why I had them or how I stopped them. I think really hot foods agitate it though, as well as well-heated foods and beverages. Good luck.
I find that if I drink a lot of water when I feel a cold sore coming on I either don't get it or it gos away in a few days.

I think lol, i know a lot of people get them like 80% of the population on earth get them lets say they are 160 people on earth 128 people would have the virus that causes a cold sore or more.
