Im 14 and i have Juvenile Rheumatory Arthritis?!
Question: ive had JRA since i was about 2 years old.
it hurts really bad and usually comes out more when its cold outside.
im kinda afraid to go to the doctor about it.
does anyone have any at home treatments i can try?

Hey. I also have JRA. (for about 3 years now) and i have been to the doctor. She gave me all this medicine to take but i still found the best to just rest your joints and rub Efficascent Oil or Deep Heat on it. It really works for me. But if the pain gets really unbearble I usually take an anti-imflamatory.
When its cold outside... Try raping the worst joints with bandages to keep them warm.
But still. i recommend going to the doctor. If i didnt go. i won't be able to walk by now
Paige, please tell your doctor. I have early onset arthritis due to a bad car accident. Don't delay- it can get better with treatment.
