Always bloating help?!
Question: i have been bloated for the past few days. like no matter what i eat or drink i will bloat. i have tried takein pepto zantac pepcid and tums none of that helps? i have acid refulx could that be why it happens? what could the problem be and how can i fix it?

I have this problem for years, I used antacids but no use, since i had heartburns and rapid palpitations at sleep, I was given Proton Pump Inhibitor capsules once a day. for 5 days and It worked.
And I was told not to sleep immediatly after eating, and not to drink alcohol drinks in empty stomach.
Try to ask ur doctor about a medicine named DYSFLATYL

i had the same problems until i got a prescription antacid (prevacid) from my dr. I also had to cut out most fat and bread, both were causing bloating. fat is the very worst for causing bloating and acid reflux
