Pressure in my upper stomach?!


Question: For the past couple months i have had pressure in my upper stomach. Best way to describe it is as if you have not eaten for days. You get that feeling of empty...real annoying too =[
But i am not hungry. This happens even after i have ate a huge meal.
I went to get my upper GI test and the results came back normal. Not acid reflux. The doctors also gave me pills but then don't seem to help.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Is there certain foods that i should stay away from or do certain things?

It might be easier to answer if I knew what you are eating rather than what you shouldn't eat. Everyone is different. I choose to avoid heavy cheeses and milks. I'm not lactose intolerant but I do get very strong gas. That's also why I avoid certain vegetables like broccoli and celery. Do you eat a lot of meat or cheese? Maybe you should consider a more balanced diet. If you are on a balanced diet then consider the foods that typically cause indigestion feelings. Try eliminating fried foods and heavy cheeses. Eat more vegetables and fruit. Also, try to avoid foods with high acidity like peppers and soda.
