I had a lot of pimple scars too. I usually use hydroquinone to get rid of it. It's generally used to bleach dark freckles, age spots, sun spot, and acne scars. You can order some from Proactiv or even pick some up at Raley's. It costs around $20. It's true that you can cover it up with make up is pretty damaging and will make you age faster.

Salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide will help prevent pimples in the future. Salicylic acid causes your outer layer of skin to shed to help prevent your pores from clogging and benzoyl peroxide airs out your pores while kills acne because the bacteria that causes acne cannot live in an aired out environment.

You can get stuff with this in it just at Walmart too. Sea Breeze is a good brand. (http://www.medshopexpress.com/skin-care-... I usually get the purple bottle cas it has the most concentrated amount of salicytic acid. ZapZyt works really well too. (http://www.zapzyt.com/) It has 10% benzoyl peroxide which is the higest concentration I've ever found. (Compared to Proactiv's 2 or so %.)

All of it is pretty cheap and it works but something to watch out for is that it really dies out your skin. If this become a big problem, stop using it as much or use some lotion as well. But if you use lotion, make sure you use the lightest stuff you can find because a lot of lotions have a lot of oils and such inside which will just clog your pores and give you more pimples. Proactiv has some good face lotion, it's extremely light and contains benzoyl peroxide as well. (http://www.acne.org/proactiv-repairing-l...

If all else fails, if you go see a dermatologist, they can give you a prescription for something that will help reduce the visibilty of pimple scars as well. It's a bit more costly and requires more time though!

Hope this helps! Good luck! :)

omg i have that too, i have no idea!

if they're scars they'll prob always be there...sorry!!

put polysporin cream on them.
and start using olay daily facials... they really work!

Wear make up, although I remember there is treatment for it to make it look better

surgery. oh boy!

Go to you doctor. The is a cream they can give you that will make the scars fade.

go to the doctor
it might be the super bug i swear

they'll probably fade over time.
Why not try to cover them up with make up?

Me too!! I'd cover them with make up if you can't find a solution.

The red marks will lighten and the scars will become less noticable over time.

The best thing you can do now is use Oxy pads to keep the oil down and prevent pimples in the future.

thats what you get for rushing the healing process

If you have serious scarring from previous bouts with acne, there are some things you can do. One form of treatment is laser resurfacing, which can be done in the doctor's or dermatologist's office. The laser removes the damaged top layer of skin and tightens the middle layer, leaving skin smoother. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour. The doctor will try to lessen any pain by first numbing the skin with local anesthesia. It usually takes between 3 and 10 days for the skin to heal completely.

Another method for treating acne scarring is dermabrasion, which uses a rotating wire brush or spinning diamond instrument to wear down the surface of the skin. As the skin heals, a new, smoother layer replaces the abraded skin. It may take a bit longer for skin to heal using dermabrasion
