I have these too just use clean and clears black head clearing scrub for the face on your arms (I know it sounds really weird but it works better then anything else...) it costs 5-6 $ and you can buy it at any drugstore... and take showers at least once a day!!! use a scrub or peel 2-3 times a week and it will get a lot better trust me!!!!!!!!
do you shave your arms if you do then yes the zits will be there if not than....you just have zits on your arm people get zits in different places use and acne wash for them I'm sure anything will work but if you use the product only once than no results are going to come keep using it and they will clear.

Sounds like keratosis pilaris. A common skin condition that can be helped by exfoliating. Try using a loofah with Dial soap to scrub the bumps. This can help to lessen the bumpy, red appearance. If this doesn't help, I would make an appointment with a dermatologist.
