Is that why your avatar is sad?

I totally feel for you, my younger brother is about your age and he has the same problem.

Well, the best thing you can do it just to clean your face ALL THE TIME. Two times a day, morning and night, with cleanser then afterwards if you want you can use toner too.
If you get sweaty, wash your face because the sweat gets into your pores and gives you spots.

And with any cream / cleanser / wipes / ANYTHING THAT YOU PUT ON YOUR FACE make sure that it's oil free!

There is a light at the end of the tunnel, you'll grow out of it (eventually).

Good Luck :)

put toothpaste on them :)
orrr put a dam of aftershave on ur finger & put it where the spot(s) is...

Are they pimples or what?

Ask your doctor for something topical (try to avoid anything in pill-form unless your acne is getting really bad). My doctor gave me an antibiotic that got rid of my pimples 100%. Keep in mind that antibiotics are quick fixes, though, that only last for up to a year. After that (or sometimes even before), you may become immune to the results. I'd advise getting a gentle antibiotic, like Clindamycin 1% lotion, to use to get your skin clear. After a few months on that, start experimenting with different products your doctor recommends that can be used long term. Starting with an antibiotic first allows you to get clear skin quick, so that's the only reason I'd advise starting with that kind of a product.

I've found that products like Clean&Clear or Neutrogena really don't work very well, but you can always try something like that first if your don't want to go to your doctor.

All the best!

you are going through puberty, changes are occuring that are natural, i wouldnt use face creams bought over the counter, i would go to a gp, tell him your embarressed, he may recommend some soap, or cream that will lesson the itch, and soreness, but dont scratch them or squeeze, it could be teenage acne, drink water, wash with a mild antiseptic soap, but see a gp, get advice, okay, hope your skin gets better soon.

Dude you're 14!!. Spots happen.!! Cleanse & tone is the best advice I can give you .

Sorry that you're having a rough time with this.

Rule number one is: DON'T squeeze them. The temptation to squeeze and pick at them can be almost overwhelming, but it can lead to scarring, and it can drive the icky stuff deeper into your skin. You will regret it later if you squeeze now. So again: DON'T SQUEEZE.

Keep some cleansing wipes handy. Use them often, even if it means hiding the the toilet cubicles at school to wipe your face. We all have some facial sweat from time to time, and it can make spots worse.

I know this is going to sound annoying to a 14 year-old, but eat your vegetables! A healthy diet helps your skin. Regular exercise is also good for your skin (walk half an hour each day). And so is drinking enough water (eight medium sized glasses a day).

If all else fails, talk to your doctor. They can prescribe antibiotics for acne if necessary.

I hope things get better for you soon.
