Could be acid reflux caused by the coffee. Try eliminating coffee for a few days and see if it stops

Stress can cause anxiety attacks that feel like chest pain. Depression can cause the crying and if you cry for a long period of time in one session, you can have chest pain from your lungs, sides, etc.
Looking up your question topic on websites like WebMd is a great resource to start with. Another site is Quality Health. Healthier.com is good and finally Yahoo Health has good answers.
However, the BEST way to find out the RIGHT answer is to see a doctor. First start out with your primary doctor, and he/she may refer you to a specialist.

Chest pain can also come because of reflex gas in your body. The type of food your taking must not of sour, spicy. because of stress also their will be lot acid release in stomach which will generate gas and results in reflex gastric problem which occurs as chest pain.

Depression CAN cause chest pain. I used to be depressed and it did it to me.
