No, but the fatter your tummy and waist are, the more chance you will get a heart attack, especially if you're over 25 and approaching middle age.

I think if you've got 20 tumours in your legs it may be a skin problem. Or you'd eaten something which you are allergic to. Better go see a doctor as soon as you can.
