Had 4-way, infraction, diabetic, and get swoons when take diovon, why?!
Question: When I eat about 5 pm and take meds, in one to two hours i feel like i am going to swoon. I feel i will swoon and never get up. Yes, seeing doc, tests and they have now answers. been checked tested to death. my bp is always pretty low due to diovon. it think it may be oxygen supply to brain is plummeting. No cartroid restrict or PADs. Puzzled and docs offer no help. Just scatch their heads and act nice. I think I will keel over like my old aunt who keeled over and lived but never walked again. I think I even had a stroke a few months ago. memory worse but it comes and goes. Like my od body is sputtering and about to give up the ghost. trying to cope.

Hubby was on diovan and had many of the same effects. His doctor ended up putting him on a different pill that didn't have a fluid reducer in it and he is fine now. Keep on your doctor though.
I cant help you...but I wish you the best and keep fighting, something will come through.
You did not say the dose of Diovan. Sometimes reducing the dose might help. Ofcourse your doctor knows better as he has your whole history.
