What are the symptoms of the stomach flue? ?!
Question: SO yeasterday i went to Jack in the box and today i been feeling very bad. For the past 4 hours today i been throwing up even when i didnt eat anything. Right now i feel tired i slept for 4 hours and when i close my eyes i feel this warm feeling in them its kinda hard to explain but i hope u can understand. Are my having a stomach flue do u think ? My stomach dosent hurt but i do feel sick. I stopped throwing up about 3 hours ago and now i just feel sick and my eyes feel warm when i close them.

if you have diarrhea then you definately have the stomach flu, i had it and it was terrible. you can get it from food poisoning and since you ate at jack and the box, that could have been it. in almost all cases you get diarrhea, some times taking a simple sip of water will run you off (so to speak). if you ate with someone and their sick too then it is the stomach flu, go see a doctor because you can get very dehydrated. you might get so dehydrated that you need an iv, i did. i was about to pass out. i hope you feel better, i know how bad it feels...
