I know a couple people who have HIV. For the most part the do what they are supposed to such as work out eat health and take there vitamins and meds and do well. But I noticed that if they dont get a lot of sleep or get stressed they seem to get extremely weak and tired. and even sometimes sick. if you have some more specific question send me a message
After working with a lot of HIV+ or AIDS patients I recommend that you first remeber that they are just like you and I and need to be treated with respect and understanding.
There is very good treatments today but nothing lasts for ever, so remeber people can die from it.
Allways take precationary measures with anyone regarding and exchange of body fluids e.g. blood etc. That is a good rule by treating all people equal.
