when your bp goes up or down fast it will cause a headache.peanuts are a sorces of protien,and if u worry about salt or fat get the natural peanutbutter

too much salt and fat can do it
but you can't usually "feel" blood pressure unless you are very fine tuned to that (I am)
to test this get your blood pressure measured (like at walgreens) eat peanut butter and the when you think you have high blood pressure measure it again
head ache can be caused by mild allergy to pb

Hey there babybear, like the other person said you might be allergic to peanuts. I would be careful and get checked by a doctor. Peanut butter has lots of sugar too. I know because Im a diebetic and so is my wife and when her blood sugar gets low she almost always eat a peanut butter sandwich. Take care.
