Hot water will open ur pores not pimples and cold water will close the pores.
Pimples r inflamed, infected clogged pores no hot water will open. Most of us open them by squeezing and end up with blemishes.
The right treatment is:
-Wash the affected area twice a day with an unperfumed cleanser. The skin needs a certain amount of oil to maintain its natural condition, so avoid aggressive washing with strong soaps.
-Azelaic acid (Skinoren) has antibacterial action and drys out the skin and encourage it to shed the surface layer of dead skin
-Topical retinoids (eg Adapalene) are medicines based on vitamin A, which are rubbed into the skin once or twice a day. They work by encouraging the outer layer of skin to flake off
-Topical antibiotic lotion applied to the skin (eg Dalacin T). Treatment needs to continue for at least six months.

It might be. Don't be afraid to try something new!

Try Tea Tree Oil also. It works very well! But mix it with some aloe vera gel.

I say, Wash your face with warm water in the morning, apply the tea tree oil (a little bit if you're not putting aloe vera gel in it)

Then do this three times a day and put some tea tree oil mixture on at night...that should really help!!! I don't have acne but I occasionally get one pimple and it goes away after I do this!

hot water is likey to dry ur skin up and have an adverse effect on ur skin like make it produce more oil to compensate for the loss. hot water dissolves oil n it may strip too much off ur skin. i wudn't advise u did dat.

I think so , but im not sure.
