I have bumps on my legs. what are they and how do get rid of them?!

Question: I have these redish bumps all over my thies. I'm not sure what they are but they DO NOT ich, heart or ooze. They look like very small zits. They do not bother me other then the fact that i don't like the way they feel when i put my hand on my thies or when i take a shower ot something. People say wow you're cold. (when i'm wearing shorts or a bathing suite.) But i'm NOT cold. they do look like goose bumps a little though.

P.S. if you're thinking it's a health problom it's not. My grandma thought it was bad food choices and mal nutrision but it's not. i eat organic foods and the right porpotions of protene and carbohighdrates. it's NOT like i diet, but i eat healthy so what's my problom?

Please help! Thanks

My guess is that you're low on Omega 3's. Even with a healthy diet, you are probably not getting enough essential fatty acids. Take fish oil, krill oil, or flax seed oil. It takes a couple of months to build up in your body, but then you'll notice a big difference in your skin and hair. Omega 3's are also good for your brain and heart.

It's shaving irritation. Try tend skin lotion, you can get it in drugstores or online.

I think its a skin problem you should go to a dermatologist and they can give you a cream or something. I have them on my arms.... people call it chicken skin.. I know that sounds gross. but Its not that big a deal

It could either be razor burn or a reaction to something.

I'd bet on razor burn.
Try a tea tree oil soap. :]
