How can a person increase blood in their body?!

Question: The total volume of blood in your body is fixed according to your size. If you gain weight your body will adjust the amount of blood produced and vice versa. You can't really increase the volume.

If you have recently lost some blood i.e in an accident or a blood donation you can't really speed up blood production as it's a fixed process your body undergoes. Rest and something sugary should stop you feeling faint. Also taking some iron tablets will reduce any iron lost.

If you're referring to red blood cells themselves, then you can increase the numbers of these in your blood by going to somewhere with low oxygen (such as up a mountain) or by doing strenuous exercise.

You can't .... and why would anybody want to do that?

The volume of blood? The number of red blood cells? Neither are easily done and they'd both have health consequences.

You cannot, your body will produce enough blood to carry oxygen to the extremities.
If you donate blood, the amount given is replenished within a matter of hours.
