Question: does anyone know what kid of withdrawal i can expect. will not be able to get it for 14 days.

Answers: does anyone know what kid of withdrawal i can expect. will not be able to get it for 14 days.

The most common symptoms of withdrawal have been dizziness, tiredness, tingling of the extremities, nausea, vivid dreams, irritability, and poor mood. Other symptoms have included visual disturbances and headaches.

Withdrawal reactions have been reported upon withdrawing SSRI's after an average of 12 to 36 weeks of treatment, but after as few as 5 weeks. Although most authorities have recommended that treatment be discontinued by tapering the SSRI (by gradually reducing the dose), symptoms have occurred despite tapering. Symptoms generally appear within a few days of discontinuing medication and persist for an average of 12 days (up to 21 days). They are relieved within 24 hours by re-administering the medication that was discontinued.

I would advise you to get a refill...

how old are you? and how long have you been on this drug? I have none people who have had some serious problems from withdrawls. Go to your doctor and ask for samples. Explain Why you have ran out.
By the way, why do you have to wait 14days?

It seems to me if you have an ongoing prescription at a pharmacy, the pharmacy will make an exception and look for the medication at other local pharmacies until yours come in.
Another idea may be to contact your doctor and let them know your situation, perhaps they may have some samples available to you until you are able to get the proper meds. You should not stop your paxil without speaking to your medical team. Withdrawals can be aweful, expecially with antidepressants and antiaxiety meds. Please contact your doctor, I'm sure they will lead you in the right direction.
good luck
