Can you describe a panic attack?!
Question: i might have had one , are they common , what causes them,
will i be ok?
i was sitting down feeling very relaxed then i felt some sort of drug high then an extreme fear sensation like my body just found out i was goona die , then my heart races and pounds. etc

When I have one, I have shortness of breath, tightening of the chest, racing heart, usually crying spells. It feels a lot like you're having a heart attack, but you're not.

If you have never been diagnosed as having panic attacks you should see a doctor to rule out anything medical before assuming it's a panic attack. But most people get lightheaded, very aware of there breathing, tightnesss of there chest, there face and extremities such as arms, hands,feet, even there face becomes numb feeling like maybee asleep.
