It could be many things. It could be lack of sleep, stress or high blood pressure. Get it checked out.
I don't think your pupil was actually pulsing. Maybe you could feel your heartbat in your eye?
Have your blood pressure checked.
could be stress... it's pretty normal. i think it happens to most people from time to time
