Diabetes complications?!
Question: I'm wondering if there is anyone else out there suffering from this complication....charcot foot? I just want to hear how long you've had it, how you're dealing with it and how do you exercise when you have it. Thanks

I'm so sorry about your condition, it sounds like it can be very debilitating at times. I do not have this condition....(yet). I do have terrible neuropathy from diabetes though and show signs of possibly developing this in time.
Have you had surgery for this? I would ask your foot specialist about exercise. I'm sure you must take great caution in safety without much repetitive motions to the damaged foot.
I would seek out an exercise plan from a physical therapist who could show you the proper movements in order that you do not injure your feet any further. I hope you find this information helpful and hope you are healing well.
