Do you know what is causing some people to become lactose intolerant?!

Question: lactose intolerance is developed over time... the human body was never intended to digest cow's milk, and constant introduction of it to the digestive system eventually leads to a break down in the ability of the gut to break down the sugars in the cow's milk.

Answers: lactose intolerance is developed over time... the human body was never intended to digest cow's milk, and constant introduction of it to the digestive system eventually leads to a break down in the ability of the gut to break down the sugars in the cow's milk.

Generally speaking it can be genetic. Many of the peoples from Asia and Africa never developed the enzymes needed to break Lactose into Glucose and Galactose.

Yeah....it's called a lack of lactase.

The reason why this intolerance is developed is often caused by the bacteria used to breakdown the milk being destroyed by you and all the while your killing these bacterias you dont even knoe it. When ever you get sick and go to the doctor trhe doctor gives you anti-biotics. These same anti-biotics that kill the bad infected bacteria also kill the good bacteria. There fore overtime by getting sick you slowly kill off all the good bacteria used to break down the milk. Good news though you can restore them and slowly bring your milk drinking days back by taking acidpholus and natural bacteria that will help.

It is because of the way milk is processed in this country. Because of pasteurization, all the good enzymes is killed along with the bad. With Raw milk, there are enzymes inthe milk that allows the drinker to digest it without problems, but the pasteurization eliminates it totally. Raw milk is being banned in most States by the FDA citing that it is causing harm in people. How many people do you know can actually drink milk without some problems especially kids and infants?

Raw milk does not cause lactose intolerance nor allergies. Read this for more info.
