Hi.
I've had this problem too. For quick relief use a small amount of Neosporin or another off brand antibiotic. If you really want your dry hands to stop, use soap with moisturizers and at night, cover your hands in a really heavy lotion and sleep with soft gloves on. There are gloves made especially for this that you can usually find a Wal-mart, Target, Bath and Body Works, etc. You'll have to do the glove thing more than once though and it's not exactly comfortable.

I've also been told to drink more water to help dry skin but I'm not sure if that's true.
