I'd probably try speaking to the doctor or pharmacist, howeve rI have seen quite of this just lately, after the xmas season, though you may not notice your diet changing dramatically, even slight increase in certain foods, esp if you have an allergy to, without knowing (it is actually fairly comman) you can find yourself with stomach/bloating problems.

Another option could be wind, or, by the way you describe the area of pain, it seems that your stomach may have a nerve problem/trapped nerve or hiatus hernia (spelling) it is usually treatable if you visit your docs, they may prescribe a 30mg treatment of Loranzapal or something like that, so you can see how you feel afer 4 weeks.

Take care and visit your doc/pharmacist asap. x

constipation! go get laxatives from your chemist! not nice but sorry! x
good luck!,
eat more fruit & fibre & drink plenty of water to flush out your system! x

Have you talked to a docter?
If not you should. It could also just be growing pains.

Personal question I know, but when was the last time you had your bowels opened?

I've had similar problems for a long time, though I blame that on stress and extreme alcohol abuse.
I was introduced to "OxyTech" recently, and have had no problems since, which are basically tablets to get your digestive system working again.
I'm sure were ever you live, there are similar products on the market, but I got mine from ;

Look up the site if nothing else.

A visit to the doctor or pharmacist may be the answer.
