It could be angular chelosis, which is usually the result of being deficient in vitamin B2, or B12. It can sometimes be related to anemia. I would go to the doctor and get screened for vitamin deficiencies, which are easily correctible. If those come back negative, then maybe you could talk to your doc and find out what's going on.

it could be cancer since it is not disappearing. mouth sores usually dissapear by 6 to 7 month already and don't last that long. he should check with a doctor to be sure. it could be caused by chewing tobacco.
